Arménio Rego is a Professor at the Católica Porto Business School, Portugal, and the director of LEAD.Lab. He has published in journals such as Academy of Management Learning and Education, Group and Organization Management, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Management, Organization Studies, and The Leadership Quarterly. His research deals mainly with leadership, individual and team performance, and virtues and character strengths - at both the individual and team/organizational levels. His academic career is based on three main pillars: research (e.g., 4 ABS4*, 13 ABS4, and 39 ABS3 papers), teaching, executive training, and consulting (e.g., interventions in dozens of companies; coaching of more than 300 leaders), and knowledge dissemination (e.g., more than 50 books).
